SHIPPING POLICY

ODES Pleasure Boutique

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Shipping Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the online store ODES Pleasure Boutique (hereinafter: "Store") and applies to all Orders placed through the Store. By placing an Order, the Buyer acknowledges having read this Shipping Policy and agrees to its terms.

2. SHIPPING AREAS

All Orders from ODES Pleasure Boutique are shipped from the Netherlands. The Seller ships exclusively to all countries within the European Union. Delivery to countries outside the EU is currently not available.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs depend on the country of destination, the chosen shipping method, and the weight or volume of the Order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout, before the Order is finalised. Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly communicated in the Store. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error attributable to the Seller.

4. PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY TIME

Processing time is 1 business day. Orders placed before 10:00 PM and fully paid will be processed the same day, subject to fulfilment centre capacity.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: next business day
  • Other EU countries: 2–5 business days

The above delivery times are indicative. Customs, public holidays, operational issues, or carrier delays may affect delivery time. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond the control of ODES Pleasure Boutique.

5. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

ODES Pleasure Boutique works with a range of professional parcel services, including: PostNL, Bpost, DHL, UPS, DPD. Available shipping methods are displayed during checkout.

6. DISCREET PACKAGING & SENDER

All Orders are packed discreetly, with no reference to the nature of the products or the categories "pleasure" or "intimacy". The sender name on the parcel is: "OPB Retail". Product names and product types are not visible on the outer packaging.

7. TRACKING & DELIVERY

For most shipping methods, the Buyer will receive a track & trace code once the Order has been handed over to the carrier. The Buyer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address and email address. An Order is considered delivered once the carrier registers delivery status ("delivered").

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERY

The Buyer is responsible for providing correct and complete address details. If an Order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from a pick-up point, or refusal of receipt, the parcel may be returned to ODES Pleasure Boutique. In such cases, the Seller may reship at the Buyer's expense or refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs), provided the goods are returned in a sellable condition.

9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE SHIPMENT UPON RECEIPT

Any damage or defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt to 📩 info@odespleasureboutique.com, including order number, description of the damage, and photos of the packaging and contents.

10. PARTIAL DELIVERIES

In exceptional cases, an Order may be shipped in multiple shipments. The Buyer will be informed accordingly.

11. PRE-ORDERS & OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

(Optional – can be added if pre-orders are offered.)

12. CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY

ODES Pleasure Boutique reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy for technical, legal, or organisational reasons. Updated terms will be published in the Store and will take effect on the date specified. Orders placed before the amendment will be fulfilled under the policy in effect at the time of ordering.
